Modest Price

At Budget Suites, our first objective is to provide quality furnished apartments that are affordable for 1) the corporation and small business that is providing housing for their own employees (i.e., Corporate Housing), 2) for employees who must pay for their own housing, and 3) for other people (e.g., retired people) who require temporary housing in Minneapolis who are not in a business situation. To provide temporary furnished housing at a modest price, Budget Suites uses the following strategy:

• We own our apartment buildings, thus eliminating the overhead and profit of real estate companies
• We own our furnishings. thus eliminating the delivery and pickup costs and the overhead and profit of the furniture leasing companies
• The apartment units and furnishings are modest priced (i.e., clean and comfortable but not luxury)
• Budget Suites is a family owned and operated business with low overhead and profit

Flexible Lease

Our second objective is to provide the maximum flexibility for the Resident. As such, our leases:

• Require only a one month minimum stay (some other operators require  longer periods)
• Can start on any day of the month (not necessarily the first)
• Require only a 15 day notice when you are ready to leave (some operators require 1 month)
• Can end on any day of the month (not necessarily the last)

Our third objective is to provide you with a high level of service in order to make your short term stay comfortable and enjoyable. And, as a family owned and operated business with over 18 years of management experience in temporary furnished housing. we have the interest and capability to meet your needs. Budget Suites is operated by Pru and Ray Meyer, Owners of Prime Properties.  Pru (Prudence) has been active in the Minnesota Multi-housing Association and Richfield Apartment Managers Association for many years.
